Master of Management
Australian Institute of Business, Adelaide, SA, Australia
About this program
Distinct from the MBA suite, AIB's Master of Management is pitched at students earlier in their career progression: people who want postgraduate management credentials but don't yet have the years of managerial experience that AIB's MBA cohort typically brings, or who want a shorter, more focused qualification than the full twelve-subject MBA.
The coursework covers the same functional foundations that run through AIB's other management qualifications (organisational behaviour, strategy, marketing, operations) but without the specialisation tracks or the capstone research project that distinguish the MBA, making it a faster route to a postgraduate management qualification.
It suits graduates moving into their first management or team-leader roles who want formal training in management theory and practice earlier in their career, with the option to progress into the MBA later if their ambitions or experience level changes.
