Bachelor of Psychology (Honours)

ECU folds Honours directly into its Bachelor of Psychology as a four-year combined structure rather than making students apply separately for a bolt-on fifth year, which is a genuine timeline advantage for students who already know they want the full APAC-accredited pathway toward provisional psychologist registration. Twelve core psychology units run through the degree, and one unit worth flagging specifically is Cross Cultural and Indigenous Psychology: not a universal fixture of Australian psych degrees, and it reflects a broader push across WA psychology programs to build cultural competency content directly into core curriculum rather than treating it as optional.
