Advanced Diploma of Leadership and Management
Greenwich College, Sydney, NSW, Australia
About this program
The advanced diploma sits a level above Greenwich's standard leadership and management diploma and assumes students either already hold that diploma or bring equivalent supervisory experience: the coursework moves quickly into strategic-level tasks (leading organisational change, strategic planning, developing workplace policy) rather than repeating first-line management basics.
Because it's pitched at people already functioning in, or close to, a team-leader role, Greenwich runs a fair amount of the assessment around each student's own workplace or a detailed case organisation, so two students in the same cohort can end up producing quite different portfolios depending on the industry they're aiming at.
The advanced diploma carries the strongest credit weighting of Greenwich's business-adjacent qualifications, and students most often use it to enter directly into the second or third year of a partner university's business or management degree, or to move straight into a team leader or supervisor role without continuing to a bachelor's at all.
