About this program
Greenwich runs this diploma with a genuine operations focus: rostering, cost control, service standards, compliance with liquor and food safety regulation, rather than treating hospitality as a soft add-on to a general business diploma. Sydney's hospitality and tourism sector gives students easy access to real venues for site visits and guest speakers, which the college leans on more than a college in a smaller city could.
