Advanced Diploma of Hospitality Management
Greenwich College, Sydney, NSW, Australia
About this program
The advanced diploma builds directly on Greenwich's Diploma of Hospitality Management, moving from shift-level operations into venue-level strategy: financial performance across a whole property, workforce planning, and strategic marketing and business planning for a hospitality operation rather than a single department.
Students typically arrive at this qualification either having completed Greenwich's standard hospitality diploma or with several years of unaccredited hospitality supervisory experience they want formally recognised. The strategic-planning units mean assessment shifts from the more operational, task-based work of the standard diploma toward business-planning documents and analysis.
It carries the strongest credit-transfer weighting among Greenwich's hospitality qualifications, letting graduates enter a partner university hospitality or business degree with a substantial head start, or move directly into venue or operations management roles.
