Master of Design
Torrens University Australia, Multi-campus, national, Australia
About this program
Torrens' postgraduate design offering (delivered through the Billy Blue design school) is built for people who already have design experience or an undergraduate design qualification and want to move into strategic or leadership-level creative roles, such as creative direction, design strategy, or service design leadership, rather than a from-scratch design conversion degree.
The curriculum extends the same strategic and service-design emphasis that runs through Torrens' undergraduate design courses: brand strategy, CX and service design, and design thinking applied at a systems level rather than a single-artefact level, with a major independent research or industry project forming the spine of the degree.
Delivered on campus in Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane, or online/blended, typically over 1.5 to 2 years full-time depending on advanced standing granted for prior design study.
