Who is eligible

Commencing international students in eligible undergraduate and postgraduate coursework programs, assessed automatically on the academic merit of the admission application.

ANU's automatic merit scholarship for international students. It reduces tuition by a quarter or a half for the full duration of the degree, not just the first year, which makes it more valuable over time than a first-year-only award of the same headline rate.

No separate application. Every eligible applicant is considered when their admission is assessed, and the offer, if made, comes with or shortly after the admission offer. ANU also runs more selective full scholarships that do require applications.
