Who is eligible
Commencing international undergraduate students who hold an unconditional offer. Awarded on academic merit, with quotas by course and region, and weighted toward students from countries where cost is a barrier.
The University of Melbourne's main entry scholarship for international bachelor students. It reduces first-year tuition by a quarter, a half, or in a small number of cases the full amount, and around 110 are awarded each year.
There is no separate form. Every eligible applicant with an unconditional undergraduate offer is automatically assessed on merit. Because it only applies to the first year, factor the standard fee into your budget for years two and three.
