About this program
A three-year degree (144 units) at the Mawson Lakes campus, on the business and operational side of aviation rather than flying: airline finance and operations, airport administration, aviation safety, supply chain and logistics, and strategic planning. Students get about five hours of flying and five hours of observational flying for context but do not train for a licence.
The third year includes two aviation project courses applying the material to real problems. Entry is an ATAR of about 70. It suits people who want a management career in airlines, airports or the wider aviation sector, in roles such as operations manager, fleet planner, safety manager or airport manager.
