About this program
A three-year degree (144 units) that shares its first year with the aviation management major before specialising. It combines aviation coursework with flight training delivered in partnership with Flight Training Adelaide, including single and multi-engine aircraft and A320 and 737 simulators.
Students can take a concurrent Graduate Diploma in Aviation that carries the Commercial Pilot Licence, command instrument rating and multi-engine class rating; the flight training is an additional cost on top of tuition and follows CASA's integrated-course timeline. Entry is an ATAR of about 70, and an aviation medical is required to fly. It suits students set on an airline or commercial flying career who want a degree alongside the licences.
