About this program
The Bachelor of Criminology and Criminal Justice at Adelaide University is a three-year degree that prepares students to contribute to debate on criminal behaviour and societal responses to it. Students explore the complex causes and nature of crime and its impact on communities, learning how crime is shaped by social, psychological and economic factors, how criminologists collect and analyse data to understand where and why crimes occur, and how to develop crime prevention strategies. Graduates work in crime analysis and research, policy development, community advocacy, crime prevention, corrections, victim support and youth justice.
