Graduate Diploma in Psychology (Bridging)
Bond University, Gold Coast, QLD, Australia
About this program
An APAC-accredited conversion qualification that gives graduates the equivalent of the first three years of the psychology training sequence. It is for people whose bachelor's degree was in another field, or whose psychology degree is more than ten years old, or psychology graduates who need stronger grades to progress to the accredited fourth year. On Bond's three-semester calendar, students with a cognate background finish in about eight months and others in a year. Completion makes a student honours-equivalent and eligible to apply for the accredited fourth year, after which further postgraduate study and supervised practice lead toward registration as a psychologist. The diploma itself does not confer any registration. It suits career changers committed to the full psychology pathway.
