The Diploma of Laws at Charles Darwin University offers a general understanding of the law, legal processes and legal principles, along with the opportunity to gain specialist knowledge needed for work or other reasons. It is also suitable for internationally qualified lawyers who need to complete some Australian subjects to qualify for admission to legal practice in Australia, and is a recognised pathway to the Bachelor of Laws with up to 80 credit points of credit transfer.
