About this program
The Graduate Certificate of Research Methods at Charles Darwin University develops research skills for application in the workplace or as a starting point for more advanced research training, providing an initiation into independent research. Graduates gain an understanding of research and fundamental knowledge, and learn to conduct ethical, creative and practical research in a range of contexts, equipped with the theoretical and methodological knowledge to carry out and present their research. Graduates may be eligible to apply for admission to a Master's by Research program, and admission to a PhD is determined based on grade point average and relevant experience.
