About this program
Charles Darwin University Master of Engineering is a two-year degree with three specialist streams: civil and structural, electrical and electronics, and mechanical engineering, with applicants able to study only the stream matching their undergraduate engineering discipline. The final year includes a major research thesis and a system design project, and the course emphasises sustainability, creativity, teamwork, design, research and leadership. It includes 450 hours of professional practice to keep students current with engineering practice. Entry requires a recognised Bachelor of Engineering, Engineering Science, Engineering Technology or Technology, or equivalent, in the relevant discipline, plus CDU English requirements.
