About this program
The Master of Management for Engineers is built for practising engineers who want the management credential without doing a generalist MBA. Nine core units cover organisational behaviour, project management, operations, accounting for management and organisational governance, framed throughout with engineering contexts rather than generic case studies, and up to seven elective units let students pull from business analytics, HR, marketing or digital communications depending on where their career is heading.
Sustainable business development and globalisation run as a connecting theme across the core units rather than a single bolt-on subject, which lines up with CQU's broader engineering faculty emphasis on sustainability.
