Curtin University's Graduate Diploma in Sustainability and Climate Leadership degree. The course expands the knowledge and understanding of sustainability and climate related issues and helps find practical and deployable solutions. It is designed to develop skills and expertise to enter the sustainability profession by gaining comprehensive knowledge around climate policy, sustainable development and climate-resilient society. This cross-disciplinary course is designed to complement existing knowledge gained from an undergraduate qualification in any recognised area. Graduate Diplomas prepare students to develop advanced knowledge and skills for professional or highly skilled work and further learning corresponding to AQF level 8 qualifications.

Admissions

Specifically, applicants require a bachelor or a post graduate degree. Students who enter the Graduate Diploma in Sustainability and Climate Leadership via the Graduate Certificate in Planning for Sustainability and who were admitted to the Certificate on the basis of work experience will receive the full 100 credits awarded for completing the Graduate Certificate, but will not receive any further credit for recognition of prior learning (CRL) based on work experience. Applicants for a Graduate Diploma are required to meet University academic and English language entry standards; Applicants generally require a Bachelor Degree or Graduate Certificate.
