1 term of coursework

  • This is a joint course delivered with Tokyo City University (TCU). ECU students complete units including Biostatistics
  • Environmental Impact Assessment Procedures and Integrated Environmental Management in Year 1
  • plus Management of Information Systems and Projects and two further electives such as Management of Waste
  • Biological Conservation
  • Geographical Information Systems and Remote Sensing or Machine Learning. Year 2 involves TCU research seminar units
  • an optional two week internship
  • and further environmental units delivered by TCU
  • finishing with a 60 credit point Postgraduate Science Project supported by TCU staff and a thesis defence before a Thesis Committee. Total: 2 years full time equivalent
