- Engineering Systems
- Engineering Innovation and Ethics
- a Technology Professional Practice unit and a specialisation unit
- then Electrical Engineering Fundamentals plus further specialisation units. Year 2 continues with specialisation units
- finishing with a Master of Technology Project and final specialisation units. Total: 2 years full time equivalent

Admissions
Applicants need at least a three year bachelor degree with some background in tertiary mathematics and physics equivalent to ECU's Mathematics 1, Mathematics 2 and introductory physics units. Academic admission requirements (Band 6) may be satisfied through completion of one of the following: a bachelor degree, or equivalent prior learning including at least five years of relevant professional experience.
