Course structure
- Year 1: Histology Biology Chemistry Physiology 2 option topics MAJOR Year 2: Students can choose one of two study paths: Option 1: A 36-unit Major
- an 18-unit Medical Science Minor
- and 18 units of elective topics. Option 2: A 36-unit Major
- an 18-unit Medical Science Minor
- and another 18-unit Minor. MAJOR You'll strengthen your practical and research skills in preparation for the Honours year. Year 3: Continue with Major and Minor as taken in Year 2 9 option topics The final year focuses on an independent research project in your chosen science discipline

Admissions
Direct entry is available with a guaranteed-entry ATAR of 90, or with a STAT score of 170.0, or with a GPA of 5.0 or higher (for tertiary-study entry). Applicants who don't meet this can apply through Flinders University Academy's foundation, diploma and pathway programs, or via recognised prior study and work experience assessed case by case.
