About this program

The Advanced Diploma of Information Technology (ICT60220) is Greenwich College's senior IT qualification, aimed at students who already have foundation-level IT skills and want to move into IT management or specialised technical roles. The course covers networking, IT support, web development and programming, then layers on network security, cloud computing and IT project management, with an emphasis throughout on complex, business-facing problem solving rather than entry-level technical tasks.

Entry requires completion of Year 11 (or equivalent), and Greenwich delivers the course over 104 weeks across its Sydney, Melbourne, Gold Coast and Adelaide campuses, face to face and online.

It's aimed at IT professionals who want to deepen their technical expertise, network and cybersecurity practitioners chasing advanced skills, and help desk or support staff ready to progress into leadership. Typical outcomes are IT manager, network administrator, systems administrator, ICT support manager and entry-to-mid-level cyber security analyst roles.
