About this program

Griffith's Master of Professional Engineering is a 160-credit-point degree, two years full-time, taught at the Gold Coast and Brisbane South, for people who want an accredited qualification to practise as an engineer, or for engineers moving into a new field. Students choose a major in civil, electrical and power, electronic, electronic and energy, environmental, or mechanical engineering, and learn to design solutions and manage projects. The degree is professionally accredited by Engineers Australia, with several majors holding full accreditation, and is recognised internationally through the Washington Accord. Entry is a bachelor of engineering in a related discipline, or a three-year engineering diploma plus a Griffith College qualifying program, with IELTS 6.5. Graduates work as professional engineers in their chosen discipline. Indicative international tuition is around A$46,500 per year.
