About this program
La Trobe's Master of Construction Engineering and Management is a two-year, 240-credit-point degree that combines construction engineering with project and people management. It is described by La Trobe as Australia's first master's degree in the construction engineering area accredited by Engineers Australia, currently at provisional accreditation. Students learn to manage complex projects while handling social, environmental and work health and safety challenges, complete 800 hours of work-integrated learning, and finish with a research-based unit or an industry capstone project.
