About this program

The Master of Sustainable Development serves the needs of professional roles in sustainability across business, industry, the public sector, international organisations, NGOs, research think tanks, academia and consultancies. The degree has a strong focus on environmental systems and ecological economics, and on how to effect change towards sustainable development while working with stakeholders holding diverse perspectives and values. It includes an Australian and international outlook through case studies, field work, practical sustainability examples, interaction with sustainability practitioners, and a work-practice consultancy experience, with options to broaden capabilities across environment, economics, law, social science, business and policy.
