About this program
Monash's Master of Food Science and Agribusiness addresses the future of human food supply against the backdrop of population growth and environmental pressure, integrating the science of food production and human nutrition with the business realities of global trade, consumer behaviour and food industry regulation. Students study the fundamentals of primary science disciplines involved in food production alongside cross-disciplinary content on global trade and consumer perspectives, developing advanced knowledge in areas of their choice before culminating in either a research project or an industry placement. Entry level 1: 96 points to complete - Duration: 2 years full-time, 4 years part-time An Australian bachelor degree (or equivalent) in science, engineering, dietetics or health, with at least 60% (credit) average, or equivalent qualification and experience approved by the faculty.
