About this program

The Diploma of Screen and Media at RMIT University prepares students to work in television, broadcast, production and live streaming, with skills across studio, location and hybrid production methods. This one-year, intensely practical course includes Work Integrated Learning across major industry broadcasters and organisations in news, drama, sport, light entertainment and events. Students work on live broadcast and streaming productions across all technical areas including producing, production management, directing, camera, lighting, audio, graphics and post-production, learning in RMIT's Media Precinct on industry-grade equipment including broadcast studios.
