Looking for a career that will take you places? The Associate Degree of Global Hotel Management prepares you for a career in the international hospitality and tourism industry. Delivered through The Hotel School, the course combines academic learning with practical industry experience to build the skills needed for roles in hotels, resorts and service organisations around the world. Students develop a strong foundation in both front-of-house and back-of-house operations. Units cover key areas including food and beverage operations, accommodation operations, marketing fundamentals, events and finance. A distinct feature of this course is the integration of study with hands-on industry learning. Through a 600-hour professional placement, students gain practical experience in real hotel environments, developing confidence and workplace skills.
