- To qualify for the award of Master of Construction Management Practice students must complete 7 (or equivalent) units (100 credit points) comprising: 7 core units One capstone unit carries 25 credit points and all other units in the course normally carry 12.5 credit points. You must complete 3 core units and 4 out of the 5 additional core units. Full-time study: 100 credit points/eight standard units of study per year Part-time study: 50 credit points/four standard units of study per year One credit point is equivalent to one hour of study per week per semester (including contact hours and private study) Full-time study: 100 credit points/eight standard units of study per year One credit
