Master of Information Systems

The University of Melbourne Master of Information Systems is a 200-point degree, two years full-time or one to 1.5 years with relevant prior qualifications, combining foundation courses, core subjects and electives to build both technical knowledge and professional skills for supporting, managing and changing business processes. Entry options include an undergraduate degree in information systems with a weighted average of at least 65 per cent plus two years of relevant work experience; a four-year honours degree in information systems at 65 per cent; or a degree in any discipline at 65 per cent with an advanced graduate certificate or diploma in information systems. International applicants need an English performance band of 6.5. Indicative international tuition is around A$45,500 per year. Graduates work in IT leadership and consulting, business analysis, enterprise architecture, process mining, business analytics, cyber security management and project management.
