About this program
The Graduate Certificate in Magnetic Resonance Technology is a half-year postgraduate program at UQ's St Lucia campus covering the physics and technology of magnetic resonance, including image formation, the components of modern MRI scanners and safety considerations. Admissions
To be eligible for entry, you'll need: a bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in a relevant discipline (see below), or 2 years full-time equivalent, relevant work experience in medical imaging, physics or molecular imaging. You must have a grade point average (GPA) of 4.0 on a 7-point scale in your previous qualification.
