About this program
The Master of Food Science and Technology (Research Extensive) is a postgraduate program at UQ's St Lucia campus for graduates who want to increase their technical and laboratory skills in food science with a longer laboratory immersion than the standard Master of Food Science and Technology. Teaching is by active researchers covering food safety and quality management, food chemistry and microbiology, and food processing and product development, with an extended research component.
