UQ's Master of Software Engineering (Professional) is a 2-year, provisionally Engineers Australia accredited degree covering software design, development and systems architecture at an advanced level. Admissions

Master of Software Engineering (Professional). You must have a grade point average (GPA) of 5.0 on a 7-point scale in your previous qualification Relevant disciplines for previous qualifications Relevant disciplines include software engineering, computer science engineering and computer engineering. If your bachelor's degree in engineering was not awarded in these disciplines, you must have successfully completed all of the following discipline content in your tertiary studies: Data structures and algorithms Minimum 2 programming courses Introduction to software engineering And at least 3 from: computer organisation or computer architecture or computer systems computer networks or communication networks operating systems databases or information systems probability and statistics and discrete mathematics software design or software architecture or software modelling
