About this program
The Graduate Diploma in Art Curating at the University of Sydney, taught partly at Sydney College of the Arts, combines core academic skills, historical knowledge and community-engaged experience across the cultural, theoretical, social, political and economic issues underlying the gallery and museum system. Admissions
Admission to candidature for the Graduate Diploma in Art Curating requires: a bachelor's degree with a major in Anthropology, Archaeology, Art History, Cultural Geography, Cultural Studies, Education, English, Gender Studies, History, Indigenous Studies or related field and a minimum 60% average calculated over the whole degree, from the University of Sydney, or an equivalent qualification; or completion of the Graduate Certificate in Art Curating with a minimum credit (65%) average, or an equivalent qualification.
