About this program
The Bachelor of Communication in Journalism at the University of Technology Sydney (UTS) combines core communication subjects, such as Communication and Society and Communication and Technology, with a Journalism stream covering news, reporting in the age of social media, media law and ethics, and multimedia reporting.
Graduates are eligible to apply for professional membership of the Media, Entertainment and Arts Alliance, and can access the Walkley Foundation and Women in Media networks. Study takes three years full-time. English requirements are IELTS Academic 6.5 overall with 6.0 in writing.
