About this program
The Bachelor of Communication in Social and Political Sciences at the University of Technology Sydney (UTS) combines core communication subjects with specialist study of society, politics and change at local, national and global levels. Students complete a professional placement and can add elective units or a second communication stream.
Graduates work in parliament and government departments, community services, advocacy organisations, non-profits and media, in areas such as Indigenous rights, climate justice and refugee rights. Study takes three years full-time. English requirements are IELTS Academic 6.5 overall with 6.0 in writing.
