The Bachelor of Mathematical Sciences at the University of Technology Sydney (UTS) covers pure and applied mathematics, statistics, complex analysis and programming through core subjects, then a major stream aligned to a career direction. Students can earn academic credit through a relevant internship and take electives from across UTS.
Graduates build predictive models, optimise systems and interpret data for roles in finance, technology, research and analytics. Study takes three years full-time. English requirements are IELTS Academic 6.5 overall with 6.0 in writing.
