Executive Master of Business Administration

University of Technology Sydney, Sydney, NSW, Australia

About this program

The Executive MBA at the University of Technology Sydney (UTS) is built for managers who are already leading teams and want to move into senior executive roles. Delivered flexibly so it fits around full-time work, the program runs through seven core subjects, including a Strategic Design Studio where students work with a real client on a live business problem, and an optional Global Story Tour covering areas such as sustainable enterprise, workforce transformation and technological disruption.
Entry is by articulation from the UTS Graduate Certificate in Leadership and Strategy, so applicants build a track record before joining the executive cohort. One-to-one executive coaching runs alongside the coursework. Graduates typically move into general management, division leadership, and founder or scale-up roles.
