About this program

The Master of International Relations Extension at the University of Wollongong provides advanced knowledge and skills needed to respond to the complex and globalised international environment. Students critically engage with key theories and issues in international relations through elective subjects and specialisations, developing knowledge and skills in one of four areas: research, public health, maritime security and policy, or international policy and skills. The two-year degree is aimed at graduates of any discipline and offers an interdisciplinary, practical understanding of international relations. Graduates work in government, international organisations, NGOs and policy roles.
