About this program

The Bachelor of Politics, Philosophy and Economics (PPE) is a three-year multidisciplinary degree led by the Faculty of Arts, Design and Architecture that examines urgent global challenges where politics, philosophy and economics intersect. Students develop critical thinking, an understanding of international relations, and the ability to analyse contemporary debates through economic and philosophical frameworks. The program offers an optional major in one of the three disciplines or a mix of prescribed and free electives, along with overseas study options. It is delivered face to face at the Kensington campus with Term 1 and Term 3 entry. Graduates work in public policy, government and the public service, diplomacy and international organisations, research and think tanks, journalism, consulting, and the not-for-profit sector.
