About this program
The Master of International Community Development at Victoria University combines study with practical experience to prepare graduates for careers in community development in local or international settings. Key study areas include community development theories and practices, project design, planning and management, social research and evaluation, globalisation and its impacts on communities, peace strategies and conflict resolution, capacity building, advocacy of gender and human rights, and leadership and governance of local and international organisations.
