The Bachelor of Business with a Management major, sharing the standard three-year Bachelor of Business structure (common core, business program core, 48-unit major, work-integrated learning, electives).
The Management major covers organisational behaviour, organisational leadership, managing decision making and communication, the international business environment, foundations of project management, applied creativity for business, triple bottom line and innovation, and managing ethics and values. Work-integrated learning is taken as a workplace placement or an alternative such as the eChallenge startup course. It is the general-purpose major for students heading into supervisory and operations roles across industries.
