About this program
Adelaide University's Bachelor of Commerce, business analytics major, is a three-year degree (144 units). On top of the commerce core in accounting, finance, economics and management, the major covers foundations of business analytics, predictive and visual analytics, business applications of artificial intelligence, and chatbot design and prompt engineering, using industry-standard tools.
Two work-integrated learning courses, a business practicum in year two and a business clinic in year three, are built into the degree. Entry is an ATAR of about 80. It suits students who want to work in analytics, business intelligence or data-informed consulting across finance, marketing, health, tech and government.
