About this program
The property major of Adelaide University's Bachelor of Commerce (three years, 144 units): a 66-unit commerce core plus property courses in property economics, property investment, property development, and statutory and advanced valuations.
Adelaide University is working with the Australian Property Institute on program accreditation, so the valuer registration pathway is not yet finalised. Two work-integrated learning courses, a business practicum and a business clinic, run in years two and three. Entry is an ATAR of about 80. It suits students aiming at commercial property development, investment analysis, asset management or valuation.
