Bachelor of Property
Adelaide University, Adelaide, SA, Australia
About this program
Adelaide University delivers property as a major within the Bachelor of Commerce rather than as a standalone Bachelor of Property. It is a three-year degree (144 units) combining a commerce core in accounting, finance, economics and management with property-specific courses in property economics, investment, development and statutory and advanced valuation.
The university is working with the Australian Property Institute on accreditation, so the formal valuer registration pathway is still being finalised. The degree includes work-integrated learning through a business practicum and business clinic. Entry is an ATAR of about 80. It suits students heading into valuation, property investment, development or asset management.
