About this program
A two-year master's (96 units) that sits between the Master of Accounting and the Master of Finance, giving both a professional accounting qualification and genuine finance depth. It is accredited by Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand and CPA Australia, so graduates can join both professional programs.
The accounting side covers financial and management accounting, auditing and taxation; the finance side adds investment, derivatives and corporate finance, with access to simulated trading environments. A graduate certificate or diploma exit is available. Entry needs a bachelor's degree with a GPA equivalent to 4.5 on Adelaide's 7-point scale, no accounting background required.
