About this program
Amid ongoing global supply-chain disruption, this AIB MBA specialisation is built for supply chain, logistics and operations professionals, a group AIB notes is well suited to online study given how much of the freight and logistics sector operates around shift work that doesn't suit campus-based courses. It develops the knowledge and skills to lead businesses through digital and transformative change and to identify opportunities to drive business growth, mastering strategic supply chains, international business practices and integrated logistics management.
The shared 8-subject core (Leadership, Strategic Management, Marketing Management, Strategic Human Resource Management, Operations Strategy and Management, Financial Management, Project Management, Corporate Governance) matches every other AIB MBA stream, with the 3 elective slots and capstone Project directed toward procurement, inventory and distribution strategy, and supply chain risk. The capstone Project is typically structured around a real operational problem, useful for students working in freight, retail distribution, manufacturing or import/export businesses.

Admissions
Bachelor's degree (AQF Level 7) or equivalent, or an AQF Level 8 qualification in any discipline, or AIB's own Graduate Certificate in Management; at least 3 years of relevant work experience (assessments are work-oriented); completion of AIB's study readiness survey. AIB is not a CRICOS-registered provider and cannot enrol Student Visa holders, so all AIB students, including international applicants, study 100% online.
