About this program

The Bachelor of Health Science is a three-year degree at ANU's Acton campus that draws on the University's strengths in medical education, biomedical science, population health, psychology, social science and public policy. It gives students a broad understanding of the disciplines and concepts explored in advanced study of health and medicine, with a number of pathways and directions. It offers potential pathways to the ANU Doctor of Medicine and Surgery, honours, and vertical double degrees with the Master of Public Health or Master of Science Communication. Graduates work in allied health, health policy and administration, public health, health promotion and the public service, or continue to postgraduate study in medicine and health.
