Diploma of Health Sciences
Bond University, Gold Coast, QLD, Australia
About this program
A Bond University College pathway diploma, about eight months (two semesters) full-time, made up of around eight first-year subjects across health and biomedical sciences, taught with extra academic skills support in small diploma-only classes. On completion, students receive guaranteed entry into Bond health sciences and biomedical bachelors with roughly 80 credit points of advanced standing, joining the degree from third semester. Progression into programs with their own selection process, such as medicine or physiotherapy, is not guaranteed by the diploma. It suits students who do not meet direct entry or who want a supported first year. Bond College runs the same model across Arts, Business, Built Environment and Legal Studies, plus a one-year Creative Design diploma.
