About this program
A 16-month master's (four semesters) aimed at graduates from non-business fields who want to move into management or a business function. Semester one covers accounting, marketing, and finance fundamentals; later semesters broaden into other business areas and a chosen specialisation, finishing with electives.
Students pick one specialisation from marketing, big data, health management, international business, finance, or tourism management. It differs from Bond's MBA in emphasis: the Master of Business is a conversion and upskilling degree with functional depth in one area, while the MBA is a general-management program built around leadership and strategy.
