About this program
The Diploma of Business Studies at Charles Darwin University is designed to reflect general business degree objectives and build toward the University's graduate attributes of creative, flexible and socially responsible graduates with skills in communication, leadership and team work. Delivered with UP Education, it parallels the existing first-year business course with the added dimensions of academic English development, increased contact time with staff, and a focus on the linguistic and cultural gaps that many students face in first-year units, providing a supported pathway into a business bachelor degree.

Course structure
Study plan in 3 parts

A candidate must successfully complete 8 units totalling 80 credit points (cp) over two semesters (4 units each semester). All units are valued at 10 credit points unless indicated. All units are scheduled for five contact hours per week over a 12 week teaching semester
